Eucalee is a brand-new master-planned community by Villawood Properties, a company with a reputation for creating sustainable developments that bring people together.

I was asked to write the brochure content for this new land release in Gleneagle, focusing on all the benefits of living in a Villawood community. In addition, I was asked to promote the connectivity of the location and its proximity to Brisbane alongside the benefits of living in the Scenic Rim region, an area famous for its outstanding natural beauty.

A collaboration between well-known Queensland developers Keylin and Kinstone Group, Serenity Reserve offers all the luxuries of a peaceful waterfront lifestyle in a prestigious gated estate on Hope Island.

My brief was to write brochure and web copy that highlighted the liveability of the townhome development. On top of that, the copy also needed to portray a strong sense of place, describing the lifestyle benefits of living beside tranquil waterways, nature reserves and beautifully landscaped private parklands.

Mediascript Express has been providing audio transcription services to a wide range of industries since 1997. Some of their high-profile clients include the BBC, ABC, Amazon, and Wilson Asset Management.

Lauda Studio, a digital marketing company on the Gold Coast, was in the process of building a new website for the company. Their competitor research suggested a strong need to optimise the copy on the new website. As a result, I was briefed to write fresh content for the entire site.

The Oscar is a brand-new development by Brisbane-based company BPG Developments. This boutique collection of residences is located in Scarborough, a tranquil beachside suburb of Redcliffe in South-East Queensland.

My brief was to write the brochure copy for this new apartment build, with a strong focus on Scarborough’s history as one of the area’s first seaside resorts.

Local Web is a digital marketing company specialising in helping small to medium-sized businesses get more customers. Over the last decade, they’ve built their brand by offering an honest and transparent service that delivers successful marketing strategies tailored to their clients’ needs.

My brief was to write new site content that demystified the key digital marketing platforms using simple, easy-to-understand language. In addition, the content needed to clearly communicate that clients can use Local Web to look after just one aspect of their digital marketing or to manage the whole lot.

The launch of the new website has led to an increase in visitors completing the online form, resulting in a significant lift in conversions.

Aluna is the second phase of the Solaris townhome development in Rochedale, Queensland.

I was briefed to write the brochure copy for this project, highlighting the higher specifications of the new development. In addition, I was asked to promote the connectivity and walkability of the neighbourhood alongside the community’s pocket parks, lifestyle hub and proximity to the brand-new shopping complex.
