Alegria Palm Beach offers two, three and four-bedroom luxury residences in a carefully curated development where coastal views and generous living spaces take centre stage.

I was asked to write the sales brochure for this development. I was briefed to produce copy with a strong focus on the soft, organic theme, high-quality internal finishes, luxurious residents’ amenities, and absolute beachfront location.

The marketing of Alegria Palm Beach was managed by CBRE Residential Project Marketing. It sold off-plan within three months.
